I'm Christi Myers, the Founder and CEO of Flow Integrative®. With nearly two decades of experience as a Paramedic for esteemed agencies, my journey has been nothing short of transformative. From pivotal roles in organizations like the Department of Defense to Air Methods, each step has been a building block towards where I stand today.
My time as an adjunct faculty member at Victor Valley College was a significant chapter. Achieving tenure and later becoming assistant director of Emergency Medical Services, I had the privilege of nurturing the next generation of EMS professionals. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in public safety and a Master of Science in leadership, I was prepared to guide them toward success.
In 2020, I birthed Flow Integrative®, a venture aimed at destigmatizing psychedelic therapies for growth and well-being. This mission is deeply personal to me, rooted in my own experiences with depression and my understanding of the challenges faced by emergency responders. The merger with Dr. Bronner's and Enthea in 2022 was a pivotal moment, positioning Flow Integrative® as a pioneer in providing employer driven psychedelic healthcare coverage.
I am an advocate for Ketamine Assisted Therapy, recognizing the potential of psychedelics to alleviate human suffering. Through collaboration with nurses, therapists, and doctors, the Flow Integrative® team is reshaping the landscape of mental healthcare, igniting hope for those who need it most. My dedication propels our mission to elevate the well-being of teams, uniting for the resilience of our frontline workforce.
